The Sun Oasis is a project immersed in nature that through art, ecology and spirituality has the goal to develop ideas and possibilities for a new culture.<\/p>

In a forest clearing called Naone, above the little village of Lundo \u2013 locality of Comano Terme -, we find the \u201cCasa artistica di Barbara\u201d, a centre for seminars, exhibitions, Yoga and meditation. The house that was built in 2020 has a spacious, bright and inviting architecture. The sunlit landscape around the centre has been transformed with artistically formed walls, paths, inviting squares, and little water basins, all with the objective to create a harmonious relationship between man, nature and spirituality. The centre can be visited daily (except from December and January) and offers its visitors the possibility to experience Yoga, free breathing exercises, meditation, ecology, art and craftsmanship.<\/p>

The Sun Oasis offers also training courses on a high level, for instance advanced courses for Yoga practitioners. There is also a regeneration program designed to help people who are restoring health after sickness, as well as those who are seeking a new orientation in life.
The creator of the project is Heinz Grill (1960 Soyen, Germany). Heinz Grill is the founder of the New Yoga-Will, lecturer on anthroposophical medicine and on other topics concerning health and spiritual growth, and a well know writer. With his knowledge and experience he will accompany the courses and the regeneration program.<\/p>

The main goal of the Sun Oasis is to create, together with the participants, an open and free space to get to know spiritual ideas (from East and West), which can inspire us and open up new perspectives for life. A spiritual idea and the exchange between people who share common ideals, can inflame our hearts and motivate our willpower. New creative forces can surge for realizing our uplifting goals, for ourselves as well as for others and the world. In this way, one becomes like a sun, that creates and collaborates to give life to a new culture.<\/p>

How important it is, in our times of restrictions and manipulations, for each individual to develop one\u2019s own spiritual and creative standpoint, explains Heinz Grill in an article:<\/p>

\u201cThe sun forces of men should surge like spiritual, creative forces, by an autonomous development of spirituality. In a time where even the sun in its material structure is being shielded by geoengineering and the people can\u2019t unfold anymore their force of self-determination, because they suffer too much from the dictatorial measures, they must even more let the sun resurge in their hearts.\u201d <\/em><\/p>
